We look forward to a fantastic weekend together spending time in God's Word, sweet fellowship with sisters in Christ and worshipping Him in beautiful, quiet surroundings away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The food is superb! This year's retreat will be held at the beautiful Christian Renewal Center in Silverton, OR, just a mile from Silver Falls State Park. The theme of this year's retreat will be "Wonderstruck" - living in delight of our awe-inspiring, wonder-full God! We are so blessed to have as our speaker this year, Julie Bernard, the Women’s Ministry Director at Salem Heights Church.

Cost of Retreat
The cost for the whole weekend is $200 (early-bird price). This includes a two-night stay in clean accommodations, as well as five delicious home-style meals. For those that would like to only come on Saturday, the price is $90 and includes three meals.
The retreat registration begins on August 2nd.
After September 6th, the price will increase to $225, and for Saturday only, it will be $100.
THE DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION is October 4th.
The registration fee is non-refundable due to the limited number of spots available. If you cancel, your payments will be used to help fund a scholarship for another attendee.

We do not want money to stand in anyone's way. Your generosity will be greatly appreciated! Payment options: Check, cash, and online payment with a card. Please bring cash and checks to church office. Checks must be made to West Hills Community Church and in the note line please add 'Ladies Retreat.'
You must bring your own blankets (or sleeping bag), pillows, and towels. A bottom sheet is provided. If you would like linens provided, there is an additional $15 charge, and an extra $10 for towels.
Arrival
Friday —Check in at 4:00 p.m. in the Main Lodge Dining Area to get a welcome gift and name tag, and check in to your room at either the Main Lodge or the Heritage House (adjacent to each other). Rooms are available on a 'first come, first serve' basis. If you need a special accommodation for a lower bed please let Adela Waldie know in advance ([email protected]) Please let us know which cabin and room you have chosen upon your arrival. Parking is available in these highlighted areas. Dinner will be served in the Main Lodge Dining Area at 5:30 pm. The meeting room will be at the Rotunda (a very short walk from the cabins). Session 1 starts at 7 pm.
