Women's Ministries
The Women of West Hills (WOW), are very active in our church. The women minister to the members of the church and others, as well as enjoy fellowship with each other. Some of the events and activities include:
Cover the Weekend: Friday mornings at 9:00 the WOW group gathers together for a time of prayer in the sanctuary to “cover the weekend”. All are invited.
Moms In Touch: The West Salem High School Moms In Touch prayer group meets here Monday afternoons from 4:30 to 5:30 pm while school is in session to cover the students and staff of West High in prayer. Moms In Touch International.
Exercise Class: Bring your exercise mat and join us Monday and Thursday mornings at 8:00 a.m. for a very low-impact exercise class. The cost to participate is $1 per class.
The Exchange: An opportunity to bring the clothes and gear your children have outgrown to pass on to others, and find some “new” things as well. A potluck unch and fellowship make this a truly fun-filled event. The Exchange is open to everyone in the community, making it a true witness opportunity, too. White Cross Blitz Day: White Cross Blitz Days are hosted several Saturdays a year with a wonderful opportunity to help in foreign missions. Donated materials are always welcome. Women's Retreat: West Hills Women have an annual spring retreat. Be sure to check our upcoming events page for current information.
Women's Bible Study: We offer several weekly morning studies a year. Dates and times will be announced for the next series.
